The trailer for the critically acclaimed movie, Vacancy, is a long time coming, but it's finally available here, (Well, it should be anyway. Let me know if it doesn't work. I've spent the better part of two days of my life working on this trailer. I expect everyone to watch it. I'd love comments, positive and negative. Does it draw you in? Make you want to see the movie? Make the movie look better than it is for those of you that have already seen it? How about the music. Too much? Bad choice of song? Any suggestions for another song? And so on and so forth. I'm trying to improve every area of my filmmaking abiltity. Right now I'm working on marketing and editing

Hope everyone is enjoying their 3 day weekend. My weekend is tomorrow and Wednesday and I'm totally looking forward to sleeping in and getting crap done (hopefully).
I'd like to go to a show Wednesday. But, the island's out of gas for the next two weeks and I don't know anyone who likes that kind of music anyway. Well, down here, that is.
I've decided to give my life meaning. So, I've applied for volunteer positions for Big Brother. . ./ Make A Wish/ Habitat for Humanity/ Therapeutic Equestrian, and a couple others. I'd like to volunteer next year for the Fort Myers Beach film festival. So, hopefully I'll be keeping busy.
Other than that I've been working, and then coming home and "working" for a few hours more. It's a good distraction from the misery in the world. It's awful what happened in New Orleans. (That goes without saying). Holiday Inn is having a Casino Night/ Silent Auction to raise money for those affected. It just doesn't seem like enough. I wish there was more I could do.
Oh, and more than anything in the whole wide world, I want a club kid party for my birthday :( . I'd fly back to Michigan for that. (And by fly I mean drive)
