Squeeeeeee
The play was excellent!!!! Scott's acting was superb. And--are you readyfor this, because I'm not--I got his autograph!!!! I waited around the lobby for about half an hour, then he came out and greeted several friends. Once it was obvious that he was meeting fans, I kind of joined the group. He was wonderfully gracious and smiled and looked right at me! Yes, I was standing shoulder to shoulder with Scott Caan! And I behaved myself!! Woot! I know that seems hard to believe, but in RL I am an actual adult.
I met a very nice fellow fangirl and we did a little squeeeeeing in the lobby. She had her picture taken with him. It was just so funny because we were all standing around and she finally said to me, "Are you waiting for him, too? Are you a fan from Hawaii Five-0?" We are now BFFs, even though we know nothing each other except that we are DannyGirls. :)
It was a truly wonderful experience, and I owe a huge debt of gratitude to bluedelft for talking me into it! And I am exhausted because I've been awake since 4:30 this morning.
