How big (in inches/feet) is that Pikachu Time bag?

36 1/2 cm (a little over 14 inches) wide,
7 inches length without handle,
13 1/2 inches length with handle

Pikachu bag is
26 cm (a little over 10 inches) wide,
8 inches tall without handle,

what condition is flygon in? i'm especially concerned about the eyes or anything else glued/ironed on. thanks!

I checked the condition compared to citrus_vision's flygon and I would say my flygon is in really good condition.

The cloth is slightly ruff from being used but is still clean. The eyes are in great condition.

The worst condition I could find is the seams on the wings are slightly messy on one wing. I uploaded a picture here,
