well, ill start off with a small soccer rant.
Newcastle wins 4-2 over west ham, michael owen with a hat trick. again proving more and more that the 16 mil pound purchase from real madrid is one of the best choices weve made all year.

Playoffs for the westford indoor co-ed soccer team were last night.
present were:

first game: LS Strikers, they dont show for the third or fourth time this season. We scrimmage Stacy's team for fun, and own them without giving up a goal and me netting for the first time.
second game: Sudbury Slammers. I love playing these guys, they are hard but realistic. first time we played them we lost bad. second time we came out big 7-6. this time, rory ended the game with a clean sheet and a win at 1-0 thanks to joe's penalty early in the game. good game, unusual to see low scoring game like that indoors. mike hurts his elbow again, and i had to go in for him. tough becasue i didnt want to cause a mistake that would mess the game up for us. we pull out fine, with second place guaranteed under our belts. or shorts.
third game: LEXTREME. ridiculous name, pretty ridiculous team. they are good. azn dudes running some pretty crazy plays. we try and fight them off, as tired as we are, but fail to hold our early lead and fall to 5-3 final. mike decides to come back in going balls out even with the bad elbow. but its cool. they were ahrd we played tough, rory (she) got thrown about throughout the game, but we move on. We'll take second.
So thus ends the season for westford indoor soccer. SESSION 1. BRING IT SESSION 2.
As a friendly gesture, they let us leave with free shirts. first of all, lame. first and second get nothing but a shirt? oh, by the way, there are like 2 larges and a million XL's. so we leave with pride and oversized tee's. I've gotten more impressive things for not even doing good at all. but whatever.
And that's pretty much it.
on another note, college kids are back. That means Dan and Jeff are probably about, I'd love to hang out with those guys again. I haven't seen them in ages.
