well its about 2am here in starkville and natuarally...im bored. ive got drawing at 8 tomorrow which sucks. not much has been going on. parties here and there. last night was pretty fun. Ben Taylor (offspring of James Taylor and Carly Simon) played at Rick's. it was a lovely show. after he played we decided to have a party on the tour bus. we all hopped on and the next thing you know we're all wasted dancing to You Are by Lionel Richie and some Michael Jackson songs.
i chatted with Ben for a bit- he loves small dogs and actually owns a poodle. apparently we were at the same James Taylor concert in Memphis a couple years ago. we introduced the band to a little southern delicacy we like to call Keystone light since it was their first time in Mississippi. after our dance party, Ben broke out the acoustic and played a couple songs for us. he informed us that his mom is a better song writer than his "old man". finally we all got either too tired or too drunk and decided it was time to head out. that concluded our evening of partying like celebrities with celebrities' children. so thats about the most exciting thing thats happend in a long long while.
