my el jay has been neglected. i guess my life just isnt that interesting. lets see whats been going on...
the other night i was talking to Andy from Fall Out Boy, and came up with a wacky idea. Since Whitney and i really want to go to the Nintendo Fusion tour (FOB, Starting Line, Boys Night Out, Motion City, Panic! at the Disco), we should. as you may know, all of the dates are sold out so the only choice we have left is to get in with FOB. dearest Andrew asked which date we could attend, and now this dynamic duo is headed to St. Louis to reunite once again with our old buddies from Warped tour this summer. oh the scared magic of the guest list. too bad Vinnie Magic wont be there ;)
some not so cool stuff is going on as well....i got a speeding ticket a while ago on highway 45 somewhere in Mississippi (yea, the one i got when Jamie and i were singing Tearin Up My Heart really loud and not paying attention). i just found out how much it is, and well, i wont reveal that three digit amount via lj. if i pay it then it goes on my record and all that jazz. so insteeead, i have to surrender my license to the Monroe County Justice Court and attend a four hour driving class all within the next 30 days. i actually have to mail my license to the court and have it mailed back to me a week later. im cool with the class...but not driving for a week? im going to suffer a tragic death in the dorm due to starvation and excessive bordom. a very strange thought, but if i were desperate in an increasing state of starvation, my roommate is far to skinny to eat...pathetic. anyway the moral of the story is- dont speed...(or seek a hefty roommate)
on a lighter note....my mother left today for her little weekend trip to Guatemala. my cousin is getting married....to the daughter of the gentleman that owns all of the Pepsi factories in Guatemala. i bet they wont be serving jack and cokes at the reception....hm bad joke. anyway i reaaaaallly wanted to go but obviously i cant. the wedding guests are all staying at the lovely Casa Santo Domingo

The wedding will be held at the Catedral de La Merced...
yea...so guess where i'll be all weekend during this fabulous celebration.....

well thats about it...i just gave some chiks a ride to Mugshots. i wish i didnt have a million projects to do so i could go out on week nights. oh well. it would be a lot easier to work if my roommate wasnt in bed/lights off at 10. i should eat her. so bama game this weekend...tailgating is always fun. frat parties as well. another salsa night at the Abbey friday..woot. maybe they'll give me another 21 wristband after showing them my license that clearly states that i am 18. well im gunna go do some homework or something.
