008 - Maybe Joking, Maybe Not~
Got an excellent idea the other day, probably going to pitch it to the boss come tomorrow. I see a book series - adult audience preferably, but you take what you can, right? - possible conversion to a TV series, a movie, or at the very least a special - revolving around this marvelous concept.
See, the modern age has kinda forgotten about 'ancient mythology'. So, say the Gods kinda grew lax as they had little to do. Thus Cronus escapes from Tartarus - it's the Greek version of Hell, don't you know? - and takes over Olympus. Deciding to fuck with the Gods' minds, he sends in the dashing heros and heroines as well to Earth, along with the Olympians. Lots of Drama, full out war, and in the adult version there are quite a few gratuitous shots and scenes.
