Chuck considered going out tonight. Considered it, but then decided it was way too goddamn cold to go anywhere. Then he debated on hanging around the common room again but then decided he didn't feel like being that social. So drinking in his room with the door open would have to do. Now if he could only find something to watch

Oh look, someone else was bored and decided to visit the gnome Chuck. Shut up, he was just in the neighborhood.

He rapped on the door frame after reading the post correctly and said, "No hot date tonight?"

Chuck looked up from the pile of dvds he was sitting in. "Even I have the occasional boring Friday night."

"Geez, did Amazon throw up on your bed?" he asked. "That's a lot of movies for someone of such stature."

"What, I can't like movies?" Chuck asked, smirking.

"I didn't say that," he said, inviting himself in so he could gawk. "Just didn't know you liked them that much."

"I prefer to do everything in excess," Chuck said, picking up a random movie and looking at the title before tossing it onto the floor with the rest of the ones he deemed unworthy. "That includes movies."

Chuck looked up at him. "What are you doing here? Bored?"

"Pretty much," he admitted with a shrug. "I didn't do anything all day so you'd think I'd wanna go out but I'm not feeling it tonight. Though, if everyone were wearing a stupid hat still, I might have made myself."

Chuck grinned. "That was hilarious. So glad I avoided it. Though if I hadn't I'm sure I would have made it work somehow."

"Oh, I'm sure," Hannibal said, giving Chuck a slow once over. "I only saw it in passing but it was fucking funny each time. The bows were an extra nice feminine touch."

"I was a fan of the bedazzler work on them myself," Chuck said, tossing a few more dvds onto the floor. "You can sit down, you know."

"Hey, I didn't wanna mess up a system," he said but flopped down and poked at the DVD's. "Interesting selection you've got here, Chuck."

"I honestly just buy most of them at random. Sometimes I get movies just in case specific people are over. Sports movies are for Nate," Chuck lifted up Breakfast at Tiffany's. "Anything Audrey? Is for Blair."

Okay, Chuck did like Roman Holiday but he'd never admit it.

"Chuck! Where'd that sentimental side of you come from?" Hannibal asked. "I didn't see it there! It's kind of adorable!"

Dripping with sarcasm, yes. It was kind of cute but no need to freak Chuck out.

"I'm not sentimental, asshole," Chuck said, smirking at him. "I'm just prepared."

"Mmm, like a boy scout," Hannibal said, snickering. "Except better looking. And those badges are fruity."

"Oh, you don't want a badge to prove that you can successfully pitch a tent?" Chuck asked innocently.
