Oh what a week. Started my new job on Tuesday and all went well. Wednesday found out that the owner's son my "boss" didn't like me because Kendall and Jimmy went above his head to hire me because he was being slow about hiring someone. So that started my working there off on a bad foot already. Wednesday I was told that I can't stay in my office all day, I have to go out and help production on the floor. So I did, my "boss" got mad about that because I wasn't in my office when he came to look for me. Now I was a bit confused as to what he really wanted me to do. He made a few smart remarks to Kendall about me and she was very tempted to slap him. She told him that if he wanted to get in touch with me then get me a phone, beeper, cell phone, or something. Low and behold there was a new cordless phone hooked up in my office the next day. I carried it around for a little bit on Friday but it just got on my nerves trying to keep up with it while I was doing production so I put it back in my office. Oh well. When Kendall leaves I'm sure it will be loads of fun. She said I might be moved to the front office when she goes which means I'll be closer to my "boss". I'm not thinking I like that idea. I would much rather stay in shipping. Other than that drama, I am rather enjoying my job. The shipping part is extremely easy, just have to fill out some paperwork and hand out labels. Production is easy as well but it's HOTT back there. I don't do well with sweat. Oh well I'm losing weight in the process. lol. Anyway, Friday night Angelia and I went to Keary's graduation. It was lovely. We didn't get there early so we didn't get really good seats. We sat with the graduates backs toward us. Didn't get to hear Keary's speech, so he's gonna have to call me and recite it for me. lol. After that we went to Legend's food was yummy as usual. Ordered a blue valium, it was good the first couple of drinks but then I started really tasting the vodka and I had to stop. Brought back unfond memories. I hate that I didn't finish all my liquor but I just couldn't do it. We left there and came home. Got online for about an hour then went and passed out and didn't sleep well at all. Not that that surprises me. I haven't had a good sleep in a few weeks. The past 4 days especially. I've been sore from work. My back hurts from walking on concrete since I'm not used to it anymore. Not having worked for a little over a year and then getting thrust back into it is a bit of a shock. But all shall be well. I'll get accustomed to the concrete and my back will get better. And I'll have my car. Which will be the beginning of what shall be a most fabulous summer. Lots of lovely concerts to go to this summer. Can't wait. In September Live will be at Dancin In The District. They are my second favorite band but I have never seen them in person so that shall be a thrilling occasion. :-) If all goes as planned I shall have my car on Friday. My mother is going to buy my tags for me while I am at work so that I'm not trying to rush and do that when I get off on Friday. Especially considering I never know what time I'm going to get off from work. I have to stay until the last truck goes out since I'm over shipping. How lovely. I'm supposed to make an appearance at a graduation cook out thing today after 4. That shall be fun. All these folks graduating makes me feel really really old. That's awful since I'm only 21. Oh well, it's inevitable. I have a 3 day weekend and don't even know if my family is doing anything. They haven't informed me of any plans. Angelia wanted to go play tennis on Monday with Keary, that should be fun. Oooo oooo, JD will be back on June 9th. I can't wait. I've missed him. :-( Anyway, that's all I have to write about right now. bye*bye
