Back to school, back to school, to prove to dad that I'm not a fool...

So allow me to fall into the trend of divulging the every detail of my schedule to you all: (ok, so not really...but I will comment).

Espanol is muy bueno...both of them. Well, except for the small fact that 211 (which has 7 people in it, total), is also the class on the schedule of a certain INSANE downer person by the same name of the sexiest gay man ever (that's not atticus), which creates awkward situations. But whatev- I got this.

French. Ah, French. Can I just say, thank you God. Hot guy from last semester? Totally in my class again. Fox fox fox fox fox. The end. *Gush*

Had my first rehearsal today for Women's Choir, and it was completely awesome. I'd forgotten how much I missed this- choral singing, that is. It's not my passion (like Erin), and some of the stuff she was saying was completely over my head. But in the same respect, I could site read, and I just had an awesome time singing again. You all must come to our first concert(update on the exact fecha of that later...).
So school is good overall. Still feeling strong in major choice, as foreign language is awesome, and fun. Oh, and to brighten your day:

So I went to the bookstore, in pursuit of an econ book. Right. I was paying with my mom's credit card, and I had been wanting one of those big plastic water thingys...you know what I'm talking about. (a pink one). FYI. So I get one, figuring, "hey, it's a water bottle...." Oh how wrong I was. Get back to my room only to realize I paid $15 for said plastic bottle. To hold water. As it's only function. As I relayed my angst to Megan (who is more knowledgeable than myself in wilderness rock climbing-related things like, oh, say, water bottles) she says: "yeah, gene (pronounced "genie", FYI) bottles are expensive". Calmly, I say "what the fuck is a gene bottle?" And she points to a little symbol on the back of it. Right O. So I guess the moral to this not-exactly-as-funny-as-I-probably-led-on-to story is: If you're going to drink water, do it in style. Or at least thats what I tell myself, to make it ok that I paid $15 for an (empty) plastic bottle. End of water story.

Did I mention the adorable guy in my French class? Oh right...he's up there. Fox fox fox. I'm missing all of you like crazy. College is weird. Coming back for the second half of the year, and having to start all over again with making new relationships, etc. I still talk to the same people (ie Maggie, Sarah, Chris, Zach, etc), but it's... weird. Like we've fallen into a routine and now have to find a new one. But it's like a new adventure. Sweet. *i love adventure*. But just to be safe, Catherine and Jimmy please come visit me this weekend! Meh. Love you all, and I'll definitely be updating again next week when I take *dun dun dun* DINOSAURS AND DISASTERS!!! Yes. Fox. Love- Alex
