Gettin diiiiirty....
Well, it's been a while and I thought I may be due for an update...
I still have not graduated. I will be by December. It's been a long haul and I cannot WAIT to be done. The job sort of fell apart. The job itself didn't, but the location is in question. We just need to find an appropriate property to start building.
Mexico was awesome. I had more fun than I imagined. Although my tan has unfortunately left the building. Back to the electric beach for me...
School finished off well...I stopped drinking, got some clarity, and found direction in life which was not as easy as it sounds. I feel a lot better, though, and I hope this leads to good things. Finals week is done for me after tomorrow's exam. I plan to study the whole time at work. If people try to check-in at the hotel, I will glare and throw their key across the counter while yelling "STOP INTERRUPTING, I'M TRYING TO STUDY!!" We'll see how long I keep my job after that.
Ryan is still great. I can't believe things have actually continued to go well.
I went to Rachel's wedding. She is my first close friend to get married. It was strange but I was really excited for her. She looked so happy and beautiful.
My parents are joining Ryan and me for Tom Petty/Pearl Jam. Ry and I are also going to Snow Patrol at First Ave. That will be awesome. Too bad I missed Tool. I shed several tears.
Other than that, I don't have much to say. All I've done is work my ass off and go to school/study. I move in a couple weeks, but just to another apt. in the same building with Tier; Beau is leaving soon for Las Vegas. Lucky bastard.
