For three hours now, I've been quite dizzy. I never can explain properly what I am feeling when the doctor asks... this time, it encompasses a deficiency of balance, however. When I was at the neurologist the other day, he asked if the room was spinning when I got dizzy, or if it was more like a rocking ship. It was a revelation to hear him suggest this, because I had never defined it as such, and it fit better. This was with exertion, that I became woozy. (Exertion could be simple as going out for a walk or climbing a flight of stairs.) Today, as I sat in front of my computer, I felt I couldn't train my eyes onto anything. Everything is yet sharp and in focus, but won't quite hold still. I think there is an inner ear problem kicking in, to tip me side to side as I walk, reaching for doorframes to be sure I know, physically, where the things I'm looking at actually are. I hope that this is short-lived, because I work tomorrow.
