I am in no way condoning what he did, I am just saying that the consequences have turned out to be rather unjust.

The punishments being set forth. Out of the 11 people invovled 10 of them are serving one day of suspension and are required to attened some drug thing, while matt jackson on the other hand has 10 days of assist and a hearing the day we get back from spring break determining if he gets expelled or not. There is a 75% chance that he will be expelled and not be able to graduate.

The balance is very unfair. Matt didn't start it. It was Val that bought it before we left Naples and took it on the plane.
