See? Now that wasn't so bad, was it? :D

This is a nice little look at a stepping stone for Dean, a little heartache for what the boys will probably never have and never understand, and I like that you wound it together with the happiness and accomplishment Dean feels at the end.

The only concrit I'll give is that there seems to be a shift between past/present tense in different spots. You might want to unify and stick to one tense within the story. Other than that, good on ya!

So, stop worrying. Keep writing. Enjoy yourself!

And thanks for the concrit. Yeah, i've always had a problem keeping my tenses straight lol . . . but i've been doing it so long that i don't notice it when i read it. grrrrrrr, darn those tenses anyways lol.

Oh i'm so glad you my Dean and Sam. I just saw young Sam as a really shy kid for some reason lol.

Oh yay!!! SOOO glad you liked it!!

I made Sam 13 because Dean is 17 in the story, and to the best of my memory, our beloved brothers are 4 years apart in age. If i'm wrong, then oops *blushes*

And in case you're wondering why Dean is 17 (like, why i did the whole 'younger' thing) it was so that it would be appropriate timing for a 'Right of Passage' and an 'abilities test' and all that.
