IT'S THAT TIME.
no, not my period. it's time to do an FLIST CUT.
so i've been wanting to do this for awhile, not because i hate you all, lol, but because there are some people who i don't talk to at all and i'm like "... who's this?" even though i recognize the username and know you're probably a fan of one of the many fandoms i love (i mean, why else have we friended each other?). that, and i've been horrible with keeping up with my flist. so it's a little bit of column A, and a little bit of column B.
but i've been thinking... what's a fair way to do it? it's not like everybody checks their lj every single day... and then sapphs came up with the brilliant idea of a time limit for ppl to comment. \o/ PROBLEM SOLVED. so everybody has five days to comment on this post.
anybody who hasn't commented on this post will be FLIST-CUTTED.
here's the thing - i was a huge Bones fan. season 2 has been going downhill so i've latched on to another fandom: the Stargate franchise. it doesn't mean i'll stop watching Bones. i'll still squee, maybe a fic or two here and there, but yah. a lot of you friended me when my layouts were all Jack/Angela because they were totally my OTP. i still think they're uber cute and stuff, but i read the spoilers for the season finale and my immediate thought was: WTF. WRITERS KILLED MY OTP. i'm a hopeless romantic, and the season finale just made me... something. lol. so i've gone back to shipping Booth/Brennan more. and well, David/Emily. =D so yes, still have love for Bones but my main love is now Stargate (yes, even with all the bad stuff happening with season 4 of sga). SO. i'll understand if you don't want me on your flist anymore because of my shift in interests.
if i know you and have met you in real life, you're fine... and if i talk to you on msn or real life on a regular basis, you're fine too. *nods*
if you friended me for fics, i post all my crappy writings at inkspotted.
if you friended me for icons, i uh... don't really make them anymore. lol. if i do decide to make some, they will probably end up on inkspotted.
