Reccer's notes: This is a tricky one, since you can't say much about God Help Me and it's sequel God Help Us without ruining it. The story takes place two years after the events of Swan Song in an AU where Sam never came back and Dean is living his life with Lisa. When their son is born, Dean finally gets the one thing he ever asked for.

"By the time Sammy is three, he looks so startlingly like Sam at that age that sometimes Dean has to take a moment to re-orientate himself.
