Summary: Dean is trying to follow Sam down into Hell. There is a guy who can get him in, but in exchange he wants to eat Dean's love all up.
Reccer's notes: This is the essence of a short story. In just over 2K you get a rounded and complete snapshot of exactly what Dean is and what his love entails, and in the context of season nine this story works especially well. The air of seediness surrounding the man who holds a gateway to hell is well drawn, but even better is the picture of Dean's love, the visceral nature of it cupped in someone else's hands. There's a substory to it about the impact that the Winchesters have on other people's lives as well that melds well with the rest of it, and it leaves you wanting more at the end.
