To do list for today:
-Eat something... something healthy... i know subway can be healthy, but you can't have it 3 days in a row and not have much else...
-Work out for at least 45 minutes... you've been doing really good! You've lost 15lbs... people have noticed!
- Shower... you do that everyday... i dont have to encourage you...
Anything else?
