They made that trailer seem like her story is going to revolve a lot more around her and her love interest than anything else, didn't they?

It does make you wonder exactly how far they will go with Vera's story... If this production is going to hone in on one specific aspect of her tale or take on the whole thing. I find it difficult to believe they could adequately tell the whole book even in a 3 hour movie.

All I know about the "international release" is that the rights for the movie have been purchased worldwide. Course, that doesn't mean they *will* release it...just that they can. But there seems to be a bit of hype going on with this film, so I am hoping it is something special.

I don't know about you, but I kind of feel like Colin is right on the bubble of going supernova...as if all this work he's putting in this year is going to start paying off in a big way as the work gets released. Obviously, The Fall will be released first, and that show is very popular. We don't yet know how large a role he will play in Series 2, but they did make an awfully big deal about him joining the cast, so I hope it's decently substantial. Then, perhaps if Testament does hit the film festivals, Colin might get some notice from critics for his performance. And then Legend should be a pretty big film (in the UK at least) with Tom Hardy in the double starring role.

He must be nearing end of filming on Legend by now. I wonder what his next project will be?

I don't know how they'll fit it all in either, I suppose if it is the whole book, then an awful lot will be condensed.

I'm cautiously optimistic for him, it does depend on how big these roles are, and also how the projects get received (I hope its not, but the Legends could be a flop for all we know!). I don't think he'll be as big as Hiddleston or Cumberbatch (maybe yet anyway) As long as he's continually working here and there, but he'll be well known and well respected in the industry.

I do keep checking, expecting to hear something about the next project soon! (guessing theatre, but who knows)
