Sup, y'allz?

Not much going on here. It's gotten cold outside once again and the news channel weatherman is all OMG, IT'S LIKE, FREEZING OUTSIDE!! I DON'T LIVE IN NEBRASKA IN NOVEMBER OR ANYTHING, OH NO! I WANTED TO KEEP WEARING FLIP-FLOPS UNTIL MY TOES TURNED BLACK, BUT THAT'S NOT VERY PRACTICAL AND THEN WHAT WOULD HOLD THE STRAP ON? DAMN!! And I'm all w00tz0r I can wear attractive warm things and not sweat to death in them!

That said, my hands are very icy right now and I really want some food, but Dad made steaks and I can't do steak anymore, so I'll wait until they go to bed and make pasta. I suppose I could eat some cereal in the meantime...

*FRANTIC BERNARD BUTLER GUITAR MOMENT!!!!11* I posted a link on BB's forum last night to the Uncyclopedia article about him, because on the BA forums, everyone got all in a fucking TIZZY because of the things said in Brett's article. CAN NO ONE TAKE A JOKE?? Lord. That shit is hilarious. I'm going to go see if some whore with no sense of humor bitched at me about it. Or, indeed, Mr. Butler himself, but I doubt he'll notice because I magically become invisible on forums. Sucks.

Ah, this girl I like said it was funny, but not as funny as the Brett one. Fair enough. For your amusement: Brett Anderson. Bernard Butler. CHEESE-INDUCED TORPOR. CHEESE-INDUCED TORPOR. *cackles*

I just said 'cackles.' WTF?

The Zelda play is still going wonderfully stupidly. We didn't even practice our lines today - everyone just talked about costumes to death. I guess that's for the best, except that my costume is NOTHING LIKE Zelda's actual garb in the game. And the stage tech is this stupid fat bitch who hates the world and I hate her right back, because she's not only dumb, but has this ridiculous whiny superiority complex. It's all I can do to not smack her whenever she opens her mouth.

Astronomy is still boring.

Native American lit still involves too much writing about things I don't care about. Totally getting on that tonight. Maybe.

Oral interpretation is still a great time! I love this reader's theatre that we're doing; apparently, I play a perfect Leon Trotsky. Go figure. I'm in a group with 2 awesome girls and we're doing 8 Variations On The Death Of Trotsky by David Ives. It's absolutely hysterical!

I'm seeing Hamlet tomorrow night, going to Creighton for this Indian performer's show on Friday night, and seeing Arsenic & Old Lace on Saturday night. Busy next several nights. After that, I start my liquid fast and laxative party on Sunday in preparation for Monday's stupid colonoscopy. That will be t3h sux0rz. But maybe, maybe they'll find something they can fix! I hope the endocrinologist can do something with the blood and urine samples I provided. Just find my problem, worlddd.

My knees are still bad, so I went back to the doctor to get more prescribed physical therapy. It's really expensive, though - $40 copay every visit, and I visit 3x a week. :X You do the math. I feel bad about it, but my legs just aren't strong enough to not be sore.

I stopped by the optometrist on the way to get my new frames - all new frames, free! Remember how I sat on them the day of the Placebo concert? Now they are shiny and new and sit on my face correctly. It makes me happier than it should - I'm ecstatic that I got new glasses! They look exactly the same, but I like this frame, so it's fine.

Oh, yeah. The whole point of this entry was to distract myself from my NA Lit homework to post this questionnaire, courtesy of mekare_enra. Don't look at the other comments first! I'm doing this on the honor system. PROMISE ME YOU WON'T CHEAT. D:

Also, to post my schedule for next semester! I registered for classes this morning, after 3 weeks of intense thought, and I think I'm content. I really ought to get my license soon if I can so I can get a part-time job, too. w00t.

Monday: Fundamentals of Poetry Writing, 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Tuesday: Music Of The People: Rock & Pop, 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM
Wednesday: Introduction To British Literature, 7:05 PM - 9:45 PM
Thursday: Music Of The People: Rock & Pop, 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM
Form & Theory, 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM
(online: Introduction to American National Government)

15 credit hours total. Hopefully I won't change it all around 300 times, like I had to with this semester. >\ If I keep them all, I'll be really ahead with things! I may take Fundamentals of Fiction Writing next summer, too, since I can't take the basic studios without the fundamentals, and I can't take the poetry studios proper without the basic fiction & poetry studios. I mostly have a lot of upper-division literature courses to take, other than that. Fucking lit!
