So here's my update....lucky you

Things are just okay. There is a copious amount stuff I could update about; however, I will spare you most of the details and write about the main stuff.

Too much job stuff to write about, basically I'll let you all know when I have a job. I can't even keep the details straight. I have so much going; in fact, I will have to turn down a position because of another job conflict. Frustrating does not even begin to describe it. That's the name of the game though.

My birthday was swell. I enjoyed the get together. I wish I had a scanner so I could post all of the sweet pictures, Eric and I took.

This weekend sounds like it is going to be awesome. I am seeing my uncle, whom I have only met in person twice, in my whole life. He lives in North Dakota and it is my understanding he doesn't care a whole lot about my family...what a surprise. I don’t think that is necessarily the case, I think he is just a busy guy. After all, he served in the Air Force for 20 years or something like that. After that, I am supposed to go to the beach with a lot of people, mini golf, and then finish it off by going out to eat. It would be rad if I had a date to go with me (since it is mostly going to be couples), oh well...I'm not going to even try to ask anybody.

Surprise, surprise, there is nothing exceptional in my personal life. I feel like a ghost to most people though. That's the way it goes I suppose. Before I forget, Saturday was extremely awesome! We had ourselves a little party, and it was amazing. Yeah for me not drinking, even though I'm 21 now. I drank some root beer and threw things when commercials pissed me off. Go me!

I talked to a majority of my friends from school, which made me feel a million times better. They are coming to visit me soon, because they "miss me so much". It's kind of funny....well, never mind. I plan to take them to Chicago. I would say we should catch a Cubs game, they however, are stupid Cardinals fans, except one of my friend's he is a good ol Cubs fan. Speaking of Cubs, they have been rocking lately! KEEP IT UP!

Let's see, new guitar, new band! NICE! I think we will throw a sweet set together this summer, play a few shows, and maybe record something. So, anyway I got my dream guitar. It's a Gibson Les Paul Studio, and it rules beyond belief. The sound is amazing; it is probably the best guitar I have ever played. I've played more expensive guitars before, and I still like this one better.

There have been so many things on my mind lately; though, this is not the place to put these thoughts. Perhaps somewhere else or maybe I'll just keep them inside my head.

Well, I'll try to update soon. Hopefully, I'll have a crap-load of pictures to post from school. Take
care.

NEW UPDATE: I was ranked 24 out of 71 for Hammond Police Department. Which pretty much means I will not be offered a position. Oh well....time to keep looking.
