Only 8 more sleeps!!
I missed a day yesterday, so there's only 8 sleeps now. Can't wait! But i'm not going to have any money if i have many more days like today. Damn weather. We only worked for a bit less than 3 hours. It was waaaaay too wet to do anything much at all. So we all knocked off. And i went down to Marion to buy me a new Playstation! Huzzah! :) I managed to trade in my old 1, plus a few games i never played anymore, and i got a brand new PS2 for bugger all. Pretty good deal, i think, considering my old ps2 was pretty much fucked :P I hope they don't fingure that out till it's too late, cos i don't want to give my new one back.
More BDO bands were announced yesterday. Now Hatebreed, Slipknot and System of a Down are coming. That's almost worth the $100 right there. Plus, there's all the other bands i want to see, but am normally too chicken to admit that i like, like Beastie Boys, the Streets, Concord Dawn, Hilltop Hoods, Atmosphere, Scribe, Decepticonz, etc. Man, that is 1 BIG day. (sigh) If only some of those bands would have sideshows in Adelaide, then i'd just go to them. But alas, Adelaide is too small to warrant shows like that, apparently. Bugger. I could always skip the state, i suppose :P We'll have to wait and see. There's a good chance i won't have any money at all by then, the way things are looking. I'm going out for tea now. Schnitzel night at the pub! aah, there's nothing better than a cheap chicken parmy and a beer on a Thursday.
