So today is the day my friend Eugenie's novel comes out. And for you local folk, she's doing a reading tonight at Brookline Booksmith at 7pm. If you're a fan of the chicklit genre or know someone who is, please check it out or pass the word along. I'm not just pushing this because she's my friend - I got to read the manuscript and it's highly amusing.

Cody. Suddenly, the clouds break, and Toby decides to make J.P. her very own action figure. Only trouble is, J.P. has no idea who Toby is. At least, not yet . . .
