Run!
Today has been interesting.
I woke at 7:15am, because a BIRD was flying around my room.
Sooooo crazy and random, and horrible.
I couldn't really see, but I just dove under the covers. I hid out there for a few minutes, and called my parents for advice. After a few minutes of freaking out, I put on my glasses, a hat and jacket... grabbed my swiffer and ventured out into the apt. The little dude was flying around my kitchen -- there are HUGE windows in there. I had the front door open, hoping it would "sense" the fresh air. haha.
I tried to get him to fly out of the kitchen, but it wasn't happening. Then, it headed in the wrong direction, and flew into the bathroom. I got a little more aggressive, and FINALLY it flew out of the bathroom, and headed for the door. PHEW! It took about 30 minutes, and I slept for a long time after that.
Some family friends came over to see if they could figure out how it got in. Darin thinks it got into the basement and flew up one of my vents!!!! My greatest fear, seriously. ha. Hopefully it won't happen again!!!
Add to that, my previous landlord is really stupid and I am soooo not happy with him or the situation. Grrrrrr!!!! I've calmed down from earlier.
