remembering sunday
i just felt like speaking a bit about the Sunday draw against Samp.
because, despite the result, i really enjoyed the game. i do not mean i loved our defence, of course, but i loved the way the game was so open, with a lot of attack (which is obvious from the final score) and ever-exciting.
and, when i was not thinking in panic that this is still a fucking draw! i had a lot of reasons to be happy:
1) Marchisio scored!!! and i LOVED the way he did!
2) Quagliarella scored!!! his first goal for Juve!
3) Krasic was just amazing. great that he also reminded me of Nedved not just by his looks, but also by the efficiency of his play
4) Del Piero didn't score, was just as good as he always is, but oh, he was celebrating the 17th anniversary of his debut in Serie A - and he wrote a very lovely and moving list of 17 reasons to celebrate this on his official website.
and oh, Sonia and Ale are expecting their theird baby - everybody knows this, of course, but i can't but mention this as yet another reason why that day i was happy.
p.s. here one can find a nice tactical analysis of the game. "all-out-attck" - and whoever said Italian football is all catenaccio?!
