X-Japan in Lollapalooza?!?
I found this little tidbit on Shattered Tranquility. So it looks like X-Japan will be performing at Lollapalooza. I'm excited and skeptical at the same time about this news because how many times have X-Japan let us down in supposedly performing in the US. It seems everytime they have a date scheduled and I get tickets, they end up cancelling.
I was fortunate enough to check out the music video taping in Los Angeles last month. Here's a pic from the set.
But yeah, I checked out the Lollapalooza website and the lineup hasn't been announced yet. So this announcement by X-Japan could be a little premature. They might do what Miyavi did for PMX last year and say they're going to perform but then cancel everything.
What do you guys think? Do you think X-Japan will finally do a performance here in the US? Or will they cancel like they always do. Lollapalooza isn't until August. So we have some time to ponder over this.
