LIMS Voting Tutorial

In order to be sure that all votes are made as properly, fairly, and appropriately as possible, I decided that perhaps a LIMS voting tutorial would be in order, as it may be helpful for some people.

ppl know these rules, they're just voting randomly. they create a flaw in a nice icon to vote that person off.
I hope this will help the rest of the voting to be fair. and thank you for your effort :]

Honestly, I am seeing that people do not understand these rules. This is to help clarify for the future, and yes, to try and make the voting a bit more fair, at the very least. :)

The thing I sometimes find hard about voting is the fact that I get repetative. I feel like I'm saying the same thing about every icon. ^^;

I feel like I do the same sometimes while voting... but at least it's being done properly, no? ^_^;
