Weekends over, and still no Department Manager... Still!
Well, another weekend over, and it was actually a really nice couple of spring days, great for the weather, but bad for sales... The store was so slow, slow like the rink on 4th of July weekend, I don't know what the the actual numbers were but they had to be at least 30% down from last year, and that is terrible.
Still haven't heard anything on the department manager job, Although the Assistant over that SWAS came to me today and said that Darla (Store Mananger) will make the final choice tomorrow, and announce it at the morning meeting. I won't find out til I get there at 4pm, unless they call me. So whatever. I don't even care at this point, I think I would rather not start in that department, but I'm up for whatever.
New friend Dennis introducing me to new and fun activities, last week was Golf, this week is Tennis, thats right, I... am going to play Tennis with my Pal Dennis... lol.
We booked our wedding place. We are having the Wedding and Reception at the Lafayette Grand Ballroom in Pontiac. I will have more info on this when I feel like it.
Thee uh... internet seems to have died, I don't see many people on AIM, LJ, or Myspace much these days, kinda sucks a little, I miss reading all the updates from the people I call friends.
