beyond the horizon

isn't it crazy the things we thrive for. the things we want. be it a 60" plasma tv. or the latest and greatest sports cars. but it's not just material possesions. i think there is a fine line between greed and simple desire. there are more important things that we also yearn for. like success. some people work themselves over the top just to get that high five at the end of the week.
but then there are other needs. of course not just the basic food and water and place to live. we need security, comfort, a sense of home. but home isn't necessarily a solid place. its a setting. a feeling. sometimes it could be a solid place, like between your comforter and mattress. or it could be the atmosphere brought on by specific company. some people thrive for that feeling. to be in that comfort zone, or those people, and by any means necessary. where as others may thrive for the motivation to seek such an environment. we are all driven by these basic needs. but who really has the motivation to achieve any basic level of selfsatisfaction and comfort. thats what a lot of us need, is that self-actualization. or even the motivation to acquire it. sometimes its the thought that atleast we are trying that counts. for some if could be physical fitness. achieving a certain level of physical fitness. like have the motivation to get up every morning and do 100 pushups and sit ups. maybe we thrive for that motivation. but its hard. we could also thrive for someone to help motivate us. its hard to find good help these days.

this probably makes no sense.
