Counting Down
I'm counting down the days till January... not that I don't love the holidays or the seasonal business boom, but I need Need NEED to focus major time to the website and developing new designs. I've got a sketchbook full of new pieces I want to make and though I've started some, I just can't seem to bundle enough spare moments to finish anything. Blah, I hate having unfulfilled half-touched silver lying around. It teases me every time I go by my jewelry bench. Taunts me like "na na you know you want to work on me but you don't have time."
I guess the big exciting thing is that now RockLove finally has some moolah to hire a real web designer. The current site is coded by myself from an e-commerce template... Me, the JEWELER, not a computer wiz. The transaction and checkout procedures are all flawless and safe since that is done by PayPal (never fear!) but still the site LOOKS... well... cluttered and difficult to navigate. Major.
My friend owns this business: www.fosterweld.com and he is going to recommend to me his web guru.
So here's hoping that the New Year will bring a more professional and impressive RL website! Can that fit into a stocking or under my tree?
