5 Inches Of Big, White, Snow
Let the dog, flip a frog? The title says it all... it's almost noon and I'm sitting here looking out the window trying to decide if I should risk driving in this shit to get to work. I don't know if anyone has cleared the roads, I also don't know if it's even done snowing yet. The sky got clear but there's a warning till 4pm and it's only noon as I said. I'm sure I'm gonna end up there and there's gonna be thousands of cretins milling around like nothing ever happened. I hope my gas tank didn't freeze, I left my car with about no gas in it. Bah, then I have to go sweep all the snow off... god damn it I just wanted to be warm today.
That sucks that you're going to see Harry Potter cause I was gonna take you while you were here... oh well, it was a great movie so I hope you enjoy it.
I had no internet last night so I couldn't check any of my stuff and it was annoying. Heather's party was fun, we played lots of 'guitar hero' and xbox games. I got to hang out with Jay who I used to work with a while back for a bit, that was always welcome. I also found out that Tim (the guy who moved away) is coming back for a while and that I'm invited to hang out with them when he does. Maybe I have more friends that I had accounted for?
I spent yesterday after school writing another song, I don't know if I like it... I haven't done the vocals yet but I have the lyrics written out. Maybe that's what it'll need to make me enjoy it.
The days are ticking by and it's getting closer to the 21st! I'm still really excited and I told everyone you're coming. I even got new years eve off so we can do something that I've planned. My dad was also excited to hear the good news! He was all like, 'oh that's great, that's a wonderful thing!'
I better get moving, whatever I'm doing today needs some attention. Apparently I'm not going to be able to get out of my driveway... I guess we'll see.
