Visibly Shaken, As If By An Earthquake
Yeah, I just couldn't come up with a subject today...
So, I'm just sitting here in class again. Today seems to be another lab... which is ok by me. Just sitting. Worked on my assignment a little bit then checked myspace obsessively. Now I'm settling for a journal entry. I made a Planning The End myspace! It can be found at www.myspace.com/planningtheend however, you already know that because you can read the bulletin I already sent everyone. Information travels so quick... :P
What's new, what's new... I dunno, Russian is hard. I've been trying to speak a lot of it cause I'm not doing so well in the class but it dosn't seem to be helping. The new fun thing is an hour and fifteen minutes of conjugating verbs. It's always fun when the first thing in the class is you get sent to the board and told to write every form of Otiduxat (rest or vacation) or however you spell it... and the letters aren't right because this is english... yeah.
Apparently the class listings were just finished for next semester, everyone is looking at this piece of paper and talking about it like it's magical. I don't even know where to start with that...
Gonna go home and play WoW soon... hour and counting.
Oh, my hard drive that died... I froze it for about 6 hours roughly and it didn't help any. Still made a clicking and grinding noise. I did however take apart the enclosure and now have access to just the drive itself. At least it's not a TOTAL loss, I can still put a new drive in it and reuse the enclosure. I'm not gonna do that though. I already installed my 300 gig into my comp and it's happy like that. I never moved the other one anyway. I guess if I'm real desperate I could always take it out and do what I just said with it. Sucks though about all anime I lost... and I have to get my Naruto archive back to it's brilliant self by the time Jane comes home for a visit. I will not miss the opportunity to watch naruto with her! One month (ish) and counting.
I need a flash drive so I can back up my school work and move it between computers. I'll get on that eventually.
Oh man... I don't know how I'm gonna be able to wait till she comes back... this one month has taken so damn long and after christmas it'll be MANY months till she comes back for good. This feels like a jail sentence. Between that and school I feel constantly on the verge of being sick. Compound that with the stress of trying to speak a foreign language in a class full of super-geniuses and I'm just not doing well... this is one of the hardest things I've had to endure. I just want to sleep...
Ok I managed to type on here for a half-hour. Class is down to just 45 min left or so. I guess I'll maybe get some more work done before I get caught on LJ...
