Hey everyone,
So for over a year now, I've been working at the Backdoor Cafe in Nyack. It's an incredible place to work with wonderful people, good music, and good times. We put on shows consisting of local performers from Rockland as well as performers who are still local, but in their towns. Recently, the number of staff members has dropped rapidly due to conflicting schedules and as of this weekend, we have learned that many of our regular remaining staff members have just had scheduling conflicts so they will not be able to be at the Tuesday night meetings. Please, if anyone is interested in working here, shoot me a message. It is a volunteer job, but I can promise that you will make lifetime friends and many memories. There are staff meetings every Tuesday night at 7pm at the Nyack Center (on the corner of Depew and Broadway) to organize events. There are events every 2nd and last Friday of the month and are sooo much fun. This program means a lot to some people and we don't want to see it fail. So please, if you are interested at ALL, just message me. Or if you know anyone who is interested.
