Just an excellent story through and through. Pitch-perfect balance of dialogue and description, of comedy and seriousness, of romantic and seriously hot moments. Characterisation of everyone, but especially Santana was truly brilliant - that you didn't just pigeonhole her as the bitch (and didn't just pigeonhole Brittany is the crazy one) and completely made them proper characters with complexity, uncertainty and all that stuff.
