Mmm Oreos for breakfast!
Okay, not really. But, they're sitting next to me in all their blue-packaged glory taunting me to have *just one* this morning. I'll pass... for now.
Going home tonight! Woohoo!! I get to just sit and relax at home. Catch up on work. Go to the apple orchard and get my favorite apples. Sleep in my own bed. Ah... I can't wait.
I'm very happy about Madrigals' stuff. The basement cleaned up well, even though it took a total of about 7 hours to get it done. Mr. D is thoroughly impressed, and everyone involved seemed to appreciate the new organization stuff. Yay!
I went with Ben, his friend Jeremy, his roomie Randy, and Randy's brother to see Dave Atell and Lewis Black on Sunday night. It was a good time! Some funny stuff :-D
So my floor is producing heat. Seriously - the boiler is under my room and my floor gets really hot. Like deodorant-melting hot. It's strange and annoying. I have two fans going on high, but my room is still hot because of this damned floor. Arg.
I just looked over at De and he was lying on his back, little claw-paws in the air, eyes slit open, mouth wide open. I swear I thought he was dead. But, he's not. He's as healthy as he can be! Which is a good thing... he's my only company in this room.
Went to Mayfield last night. Got Skyline - mmmmmmmmmmmmmm yum (but the service was HORRIBLE). Also went to Sam Ash and picked up a book of Gershwin music and another of sultry jazz and blues greats. I'm excited!
Alright, off to work for me. Gotta practice Someone To Watch Over Me with Randy so's I can sing it in class today. Fun stuff.
