Red v. Blue slowly becomes Purple
medieval times retail departments are going over a few changes. lets back track a bit to when the manger of gift shop took a week and a half long vacation.
Chad, retail manager, decided that he wanted to change the gift shop around. a lot. and who becomes incharge of this whole lovely task....the Manger in training(MIT) cara. not the current suporvisor donna. so the floor is changed around a lot. some decisions i do like most...... not so much.
then going to the stock room.... the lovely lovely stock room. chad decideds he wants that redone also so he asks the photo department to move this around. the bad part about that is that he didnt ask any one from the gift shop to help out this project. causeing many discrepences amongst the G.S. employees. another reason for them to hate photo.
then this past week a decision has been made about the three retail dept.(photo, bar, and g.s.) they are going to cross train all the employees in each dept. okay im cool with that. but the recent event that occured changes everthing.
now photo and bar both only have suporvisors. gift shop has a suporvisor as well as a manager. chads goal was to have the three dept's have all suporvisor's and he will be in charge of them. well....jessica kind of made that diffcult for him. those two never really saw eye to eye and well what you guess is probably true.
jessica "resigned." and i actually think it was more of a mutual thing but i have a feeling that she got fired.
so now chad had a meeting for photo and gift shop after work telling us that she had quit and that cara is pretty much the new gift shop suporvisor but he didnt directly say it as she is stil a MIT. and what he pretty much said was that gift shop and photo will become a single dept. how everyone will learn the other dept and work when it is needed in those other departments. which goes to my title.
