so walking through arundel mills as always just window shopping checking out the new sales and other such and i some one says "is that Jonathan" so i turn around just to discover it is Gary Adameson my director for joseph. so we start walking around and i tell him about disney and such. so within two years he will be going down to retirement place...South Africa. whats he going to do is start his company down there. and his first season that he will be doing will be sweeney todd, jekyll and hyde, carrie the musical(which he was in the original b-way and london cast) eqqus, dance of the vampires, amongst other very dark plays.
he TOLD me to audition.
how would you feel about that if a director told you to try out for something. the last time that happened it was at ACTF and i didnt make the role.
i think it would be a huge opportunity. the creditals i will be building. and its in a whole nother country. a whole different contient. the auditions wont be until april so i have time to think about it.
in other news saw harry potter last night and i have to say i really really really enjoyed it. the harry potter movies have also done justice to the books but not enough for the reader to be satisfied. this one did a really good job of it. but like always the whole story wasnt there but it followed it really really well. i was very pleased about it. tho i was not in the best of health which leads to another story
i have been having a fluctuating temperature of 101 to around 104 for the past three days, now before we went to the movie i had a tempearture of 99 so i thought i was going to be good but the movie was 2 1/2 hrs and theater was freezing. so we get home and i had a temperature of 103 so i thought i could try to sleep it off until i threw up some crazyness. then i decided to go to the hospital so it was around four in the morning when we get there. as usually the waiting room took forever even though there may have been a total of 4 patients waiting there.
so i go to the back and wait about another hour fall asleep. but i get all excited about when a nurse walks in but all it was for was insurance. so then they finally have someone come look at me. and i found out why it takes forever for them to come to you. the dr. walks so SLOW moves very slow and talks extremely slow. any who the doctor doesnt do much and i see more of the nurse then the doctor so being a doctor almost seemes over rated. anywho. so the nurse draws some blood and puts an I.V. in me. they think i have mono at first but it only turns out that i have strep throat.
so here comes the fun part they gave me morfin and i was so drugged up and then i fell asleep and then i woke up in a pool of sweat. they took my temperature agian while i was asleep and put another I.V. in me causing to sweat out everthing that was bad. so that was good. i got down to 98.7 degrees. and since then i have been resting and feeling like a stoner for all the drugs they gave me.
good times and now back to you.
