Take you base and prepare it as you usually do.
1.Duplicate your base and set it to hard light.
2. Take
this texture/gradient (sorry can't remember who made it) and set it to lighten 40%
3. Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >>Brightness/Contrast
Br. -10/ Contr. +15
Duplicate the Brightness/Contrast Layer.
4. Take
this texture by
babliz (which I found in
this awesome set of tuts from
all_at_once) and set it to multiply 90%. (move it around as you like it)
Take
another texture and set it tu multiply as well, lowering the opacity a bit as you please.
5. Last step: color fill layer
#430A01 --> set to lighten
and you're done!
