billy and jess came to visit me. i got a ticket in bil's car because i pulled out of a parking garage with the headlights off and he pulled me over and he tested me for alcohol. i obviously didn't drink so he decided to be gay and give me a ticket for having the headlights off even though they weren't required in the parking garage.
