Their average size'd be the same, it wouldn't be the average size if it wasn't. They'd be a teensy weensy little tyranitar and the world's biggest pichu. It'd be kind of cute.

It's pretty dangerous, that'd make a tiny little one even cuter! If you caught it before it evolved then it'd be a lot less dangerous but you'd have to wait for it to grow up. Tough choice~

Ummm... they eat soil so I guess you'd find them near the ground somewhere maybe.
