Let me get a few facts out of the way:
Matt Hardy & Amy "Lita" Dumas are no longer a couple.
Matt was forced to end the relationship.
It has come to my attention that a growing number of participants in this message board are "blaming" Matt for various "rumors" and more. I want to shed a little more light on the situation. This may be upsetting for some of you, but the truth tends to hurt.
I have known Matt Hardy for almost 10 years. He is truly my brother. He is a loving person, loyal friend, and he has always done the right thing in every aspect of his life. I had never known Matt to be more in love with someone than he was wih Amy. He would have gladly given his life for Amy.
Amy Dumas lied to Matt. Amy broke Matt's trust. While Matt told me this story of lies and deceit, I heard so much pain and anguish in his voice that it brought me to tears. I am still shocked and saddened at the pain that Matt has been caused by all of this. What is even more heartbreaking is the other man that precipitated the lies was supposedly one of Matt's better friends. Amy is not the only one who is guilty of lies and breaking trust.
I just wanted all of you to know that Matt Hardy is 1000% in the right in all of this, and I would have never believed that that Amy Dumas would have been capable of the doing this to Matt after all he has sacrificed for her.

I am, like, seriously...seriously...saddened.
I have always loved Amy. Always. From the very first second that I saw her, before she was even on WWF(E) television, I was taken by her. Rumors aside, her bad reputation aside, I loved her. So much of what she has done and said has left an everlasting impression on me. And this won't change that. But still...
My thoughts are so jumbled. And I realize that's ridiculous because this is just a relationship that I had nothing at all to do with coming to an end. But I can't get my head to stop running through all the possible scenarios.
If it's Shannon Moore...then it would explain the rumor about a Diva and a married wrestler being reprimanded for being in a relationship. But I sincerely hope it isn't Shannon. That's Jeff's best friend. He grew up with the Hardy brothers. I'd like to think that Shannon has more sense than that.
I'm sure it isn't my Shane. He made a few comments in his last commentary on his site about loyalty that pretty much takes him out of the picture.
There are other options...people that Matt travels with on the road. Now that I think about the rumor of the married wrestler...I mean...it could be anyone. Adam. Jay.
*sigh*
Fuck. This should not be upsetting me as much as it is. Poor Matt. But also, poor Amy. Because I don't care if she did deserve for Matt to leave her, the fact that this is all so out in the open has GOT to be hard for her too. I just want them both to be happy...together or not.
And now I'm not sure if I want to drive to Detroit this weekend to meet her...
EDIT: Good GOD...everyone and their mother seems to be pointing their fingers at Shane or Shannon. Leave those poor boys alone, people. For real. Don't drag their names through the mud. I speculated, too. But the fact that Matt still has pictures of Shane AND Shannon on his website makes it pretty clear that these guys weren't involved. Sheesh.
