Today I decided to become a superhero, this is an idea I've been playing with for a long time, mostly because I feel like that might be the only way to conquer my nemesis, my nemesis being shame. 
Not to oversimplify things but I'm fighting shame because I believe shame and fear to be the root of all of the worlds problems.
From now on, I'm just saying fuck that shit man, fuck it.
