July 4th
So I ended up haveing a great, low key 4th of July with the family. My only complaint was that it was HOT. I cannot believe how hot it gets down here in Florida. It's hard to believe that I use to run around outside in weather that litterally makes you melt haha. It was cool though cause we drove down to Naples to visit with our family that's down there. We pretty much just hung around their house talking, swimming, and of course eatting. As usual, no Tuff family gathering would be complete with out some great theological debate...it's pretty much expected to happen at some point. It's kinda interesting to hear everyone's views. There's never really any hard feelings though. After the ambigious talk and eatting, we headed to the beach for the annual fireworks show. It was good....but I remember it being a lot bigger production in the past, but that's probably cause I was a lot younger. Finally, we headed to my grandma's house and had ourselves a lovely bowl of ice cream! Everytime I have ice cream at her house now I think of the time Ashley came and visited back in 9th grade lol. Now, I'm back in Bradenton, we only came back cause I had to go to class...boo...but we're leaving for the Jacksonville/Saint Augustine area Thursday night for a weekend get away which should be fun.
