Oops: T:SCC discussion post

I'm SORRY! I totally didn't think anyone was going to discuss so let's try this again.

from me:
What an episode. I really like what they were going for showing the humanity, showing John's need to have human interaction. The whole episode seemed to be about humanity and mortality. John's lack of a true father figure, someone he could really believe in. Derek's loss and realization of what he'd really done, what he'd loss with Jesse. Sarah's mortality and her need for Charley, as much as she doesn't want to admit it. There were a lot of great moments...and some sad moments. i mean come on. Did they have to kill him? that makes me miserable.

from taffy ithika:

we needed more charley in that episode. would have run better i think. the stuff they did with john henry was interesting, it held my attention better than previous scenes with that whole group. i -really- appreciated the cameron/derek stuff. that was good stuff. i liked all of their interactions, and am kinda sad we didn't get to see more. i really loved that he actually took a second to tell her she'd done the right thing. i think that was massively important for his character. said a ton about where his head was at there. i wanna know what the doggie's name was. (and give points for killing the dog, because most tv shows would TOTALLY pull that punch.) okey i'm done rambling for the moment. i'll do more in depth possibly in a bit or such! <3

t:scc, thomas dekker is so dreamy, fandoms
