man, i'm so damn tired of having to defend my college. I am so far from being a femi-nazi or a power-to-women-bra-burner, but I will readily defend mt. holyoke. no, we don't have boys. no, we don't have frats. no, there aren't several instant opportunities to find a guy to sleep with directly on campus and you actually have to leave campus in order to meet people sometimes. but I don't give a crap about that. the fact that it is exclusively a women's college was not a reason I went there, so don't judge me. no, I'm not automatically a lesbian because I go there, nor will I suddenly become one because I am a student there. no, girls are not catty there because the reason girls are catty is because there are boys present. because there are none, there are no annoying estrogen problems. I go to mt. holyoke because I actually care about academics and about getting a job and about getting the hell out of south dakota, so I don't really care if you wouldn't be able to go to mt. holyoke because you survive on the leering of men and cheap beer.

okay, moving on. yay spring break, yay mama bhat's cookin', yay showering without having to wear flipflops, yay break from play practice.
