Very intersting tutorial, I'll be sure to give it a try. What program were you using to create this? It appears very and easily translatable to either PS or PSP (I'm not familiar with the Gimp, so I don't know), but specific numerical settings are sometimes different across programs. And I'm just curious.

I made it in Photoshop CS, but since it's all basically light textures, i'm positive that it will work swimmingly in PSP.
