tonights menu

costolette di maiale con salvia

pork chops with sage and prosciotto stuffing, based on diced potato, dried apricot and pancetta.

panzanella

tuscan bread, tomato and pepper salad, with basil, anchovy and capers.

poached pear and stilton brulee

dessert

i could use a scooter. im going to be walking back and forth to the shops for the next few hours :)
