my apprenticeship is commencing at the oriel. its quite something to land there, after all the nights ronny myself and numerous others rolled onto a table from the street. i was also offered a spot at the hilton but im choosing this because of the head chef. very passionate about his cooking and is also a great teacher, his reputation proceeds him. thats exactly the foundation i need. ill be leaving to sign my roster in an hour!
