Didn't seep well last night, needless to say I felt tired all day. I think this was due to the fact that I lifted weights at 9:30 last night. Oops! Oh well I was feeling strong.
My throat didn't hurt when I woke up, but after a 2-hour nap this after noon it was hurting again.
I think I'm building a tolerance up to the antihistamine I've been taking; I got to get my clarinex prescription soon and stop messing with this over the counter crap. Also taking so many antihistamines has been making me take even more caffeine.

Breakfast:
-2 eggs
-1 large bowl Oats (Rice mile mixed with 2/3 Water)

Missed my mid morning shake because I was on the run in the city.

Lunch
Turkey sandwich with hummus and extra bread.

Had a mid afternoon Shake with asparagus. (Note the asparagus perked me up)
Then napped

-Woke up and had some caffeine and studied

Missed dinner because I wasn’t feeling hungry, probably should have forced myself to eat something anyway.

Decided against my late evening shake because I fear it will interfere with my sleep since I plan to go to bead early. Had I had it 30min ago it would probably have been fine.

Looking back I think I need more fruit in my diet, and perhaps some more vegetables. Dinner would have been smart. But I was feeling like my body was responding well to the vigor I put it through Monday. A little sore and stiff but OK.

-I stretched prior to doing my vocal warm up today so that was good. I noticed that when I really just told myself to let go today in a warm way my voice opened up nicely. I'm still feeling a little bit caught in my throat, but that could be influenced by many factors. I need to keep up my vocal warm up at least 5 days a week and then reassess.

Overall feeling a little under the whether today, but considering what I accomplished to day study wise and otherwise I did pretty good. Allergies particularly bad today, hope sleep helps that. I’m not going to take antihistamine before bed now because I fear that will make me more tired in the morning. Though I risk waking up in the middle of the night sneezing and the such I'll risk it.

To all a good night, stay health and strong we only get one body.

healthy living.
