Weezer in a matter of days. My going there is pretty "!!!", since the past prospects for who I was going with have all ducked out. I'm sure there will be plenty of people I know there, but I'll still be enjoying it alone. Blech- scenesters galore, I imagine.
Got home earlier from seeing a concert with Lauren and company; The Allman Brothers and Gavin Degraw. Gavin Degraw was a joy to listen to, with that southern twang every time he slurred bits between his songs. The Allman Brothers sparked up the stoners in the back into a frenzied mob of dance. Not a lovely sight.
We actually got autographs from Mr. Degraw. He's not very attractive as all the other girls were claiming in squeals as they rushed toward him upon seeing him up close. He's charismatic; which is even better.
I really need a show-buddy.
I'm still baffled about AP English. Well, that I'm in it.. I suck at school as of Sophomore year. Like I admitted to Lauren, "I have no idea where my head is." Still, Doc calling my house was pretty grand; best phone conversation ever.
License Date: August 4th, 8:00 a.m. Ecstatic that I got a date back, but at the same time bummed.. I sent out in May, and got an August date. The early morning hours doesn't phase me, it's not like I am incapable of waking up early. Love how I use italics a lot. For emphasis.
I don't know what I'm going to do about the upcoming school year. I have no idea on how I got so lazy with schoolwork and the like, but, hell; it happened. And the fact that it did shouldn't even be a fact. Another fact is that I fucked up.
I'm such a fucked up kid.
